He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ondike and Helen Ondike (Perhats); his wife Margaret "Peggy" Ondike; his sons, Kenneth Ondike, Jr. and Michael Ondike; and his sisters, Carol Lackey, Loretta Boncek and Dolores Ondike.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Barr, Cathy Ondike and Ronald Ondike; his grandchildren, Patrick, Michelle, Mikey Jr., Ashley, Arica, Kendra, Andino and Madison; his great grandchild Joey; his siblings, Richard Perhats (Margaret), Ronald Ondike (Natalie), Robert Ondike (late Charmaine), Donna Krut (late Robert), Gloria Reese (Walt), Darlene (Gary) and Janet Dishong (late Dave); and his daughter-in-law Carrie Ondike. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
