He is survived by: his pet Princess; his wife Isabel Madera Gleditsch; his daughter Kendra Szymczak (Kurt) of Munhall; his brothers, Herb Gleditsch of Indiana, PA and Carl Gleditsch of Columbus, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Stephen Gleditsch of Washington, DC, Christopher Gleditsch of Washington, DC, Jason Gleditsch of Philadelphia, Kathleen Gleditsch of Raleigh, NC, Michael Wagner of McKeesport and Janelle Wagner of McKeesport.
