She is survived by: her son Garett Jackson of Canonsburg; her siblings, Mary Ann Jacobs (Ken) of North Versailles and Frank Kurka of Boston, MA.; her nephews, Joshua and Micah Kurka; her niece Leah Anderson (Rich); her great-niece Lauren Humphreys; and her sister-in-law Carol Kurka of Cherry Tree.
