He is survived by: his mother Elsie Parton Boucek; his sister Julie Kobesky; his brother-in-law Daryl; his niece Ania; his sister Janet Fellows; his nieces, Liz, Holly and Allie; his brother-in-law Chris Fellows; and his cousins, Linda, Keith Donati, Jess Horenstein, Tina Parton, Janet, Chuck Waugaman, Chelsea, Gretchen, Jeff, Kathy Boucek, Katie and Johnathan.
