He is survived by: his children, Joseph P. Slack (Janet) of Dravosburg and Julie A. Kutchak (Wayne) of Liberty Boro; his sister Martha Domer of Liberty Boro; his grandchildren, Wayne Kutchak of Port Vue and Kristin DuBois (Ted) of Cecil Township; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Teagan, Caden, Noah and Kennedy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
