He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Hoagland and Mary Louise Hoagland (Lundie); and his siblings, Mark Hoagland and Barbara King. He is survived by: his wife Debra A. Hoagland (Gobel); his sons, Christopher Hoagland (Stephanie) of Export, Jeremy Hoagland of McKeesport and Joseph Hoagland of McKeesport; and his sisters, Marcia Lust (Joe) and Joy Bilak (Shawn). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
