He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mazzei and Hilda Mazzei (Petrilli). He is survived by: his siblings, Constance Lucia Chemsak (Mazzei) of Port Vue and Joseph Anthony Mazzei of McKeesport. He is also survived by nephew and great nieces.

A burial was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Cemetery.
