She was predeceased by: her father Anthony Stankowicz; and her spouse Thomas Welch. She is survived by: her mother Anna Stankowicz (Popovich) of North Huntingdon; and her sisters, Lee Ann Powers (Jeff) of McKeesport and Toni A. Puc of Mount Pleasant. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
