It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet V. Wiggins of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Tonkovic and Mary Tonkovic (Razny); her husband James Wiggins; and her brother Robert Tonkovic. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Warren (Karen) of Perrysburg, OH, Sandra Peer (Norman) of Robinson and Stephen Warren of McKeesport; her grandchildren, Alexander, Tessa, Douglas, Deanna Zeh (Benjamin) and Jack; and her great grandchild Fergus.
