He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Mulholland and Lois Mulholland; his wife Mary Sue Rettinger Mulholland; his stepmother Helen Bridges Mulholland; and his brother Dickinson Mulholland.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Matt Douglas) of Arvada, CO and David (Cami Mulholland) of Denver, CO; and his grandchildren, Noah, Linda Grace, Hannah Douglas, Val and Finley Mulholland.
