He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Musisko and Martha Gail Musisko (MacFarland); and his brothers, Thomas, Dennis "Monies" and Donald Musisko.
He is survived by: his children, Jamel Musisko of Elizabeth and Jennifer Musisko of Pittsburgh; the mother of his children Elaine Musisko (Chernicky); his siblings, Gary "Droopy" Musisko, Ella Sparico, Lynda Ginther and Charles "Charlie" Musisko; and his friends, Marianne and Rylie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
