He was predeceased by: his brother Daniel Howard McCusker; and his stepfather Alan Keith Thomas. He is survived by: his mother Amy Jo Thomas of Greensburg; his children, Mariah McCusker (Andrew Smith) of Greensburg, Aaron Keith McCusker of Greensburg, Andrew James McCusker of McKeesport and Levi James McCusker of McKeesport; his siblings, Marie McCusker (Kavin Smith) of Clairton, Hugh Daniel McCusker, Jr. of Slippery Rock and Brian Alan Thomas of Greensburg; and his niece Miranda McCusker.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to defray costs.
