She is survived by: her son John "Jay" Slack (Britt Wiggins) of Greensburg; her grandchildren, John L., Colton J. Slack, Brittany N. Wiggins (Michael Kohan), Zachary R. Long and Keith D. Luketic; and her sister Katherine "Boo" Sebastian. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
