He is survived by: his children, Tom Carter (Sue), Gordon W. Carter, Maureen Carter Barr, Debbie Matheson (Rick), Pamela Snyder (Ray) and Brenda Pozzuto. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
