He was predeceased by: his parents, Apolonio Yniguez and Cecelia Yniguez (Kelley); and his siblings, Elvira Yniguez Carter, Sonny Maldonado, Robert Maldonado, Thomas Maldonado, Daniel Maldonado and Harry Maldonado.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Yniguez (Simpson); his children, Gilbert Yniguez (Amy), Connie Fitch, Scot Yniguez and Christina Yniguez Bosway (David); his grandchildren, Jessica Fitch (David Pomycala), Hayley Yniguez, Madilyn Yniguez, Santana Yniguez, Gavin Bosway, Brock Bosway and Chloe Bosway; and his brothers, Polo and James Yniguez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
