He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Perkins and Laura Perkins; his granddaughter Lillian Blumenfeld; and his brother Jon Perkins. He is survived by: his children, Jill Blumenfeld (Jason), Grant Perkins (Bryn) and Brooke Perkins; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Julian and Dean Perkins; and his sister Donna Perkins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
