He was predeceased by: his parent Mike Jacob; his spouse Leona E. Jacob (Dawson); his son Michael Nicholas; and his brother Abraham Jacobs. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Jacob (Zackeye Koury); his daughter Lynn A. Horvath (Michael) of Columbia, MD; and his siblings, Alice Jacob of Christy Park and Joseph Jacobs of Mt. Lebanon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
