He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. P. and Laura Jane Kynor (Fultz); his children, Lisa Lynn Kynor, Pamela Sue Kynor and Richard Crammer; and his siblings, Thomas Kynor and Jane Shank.
He is survived by: his wife Denise L. Kynor (Ulm); his children, Allan Boyles (Peaches) of Greenock, Cynthia L. Weinberg (Jay) of McKeesport and Garrett C. Kynor, Jr. of Pleasant Hills; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Hargreaves, Lacy Matthews, Lauren Weinberg, Connor Weinberg, Hannah Hughes, Dylan Winters, Leah Cassin, Chaise Faychak, Tyla Kynor, Arlee Kynor, Richard Crammer, Krissy Crammer and Kimberly Dryburgh; and his great grandchildren, Jamison Warman, Lucah Paul Bosco, Peyton Lynn Matthews, Bella Suba and Kaylee Suba. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
