He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Sr. Heath and Edith Heath (Rishell); and his siblings, Martha Bell Lopatka, Lois Maldonado and William Henry Heath.
He is survived by: his sisters, Frances Crotti (late Angelo) and Nancy Daugherty (late Wayne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
