He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Locke "Ted" and Carol Kemp (Hemington) of Virginia; his wife Barbara (Acker); his children, Ralph (Donna Hansen) of Pittsburgh, PA, Ed Kemp (Alice) of North Huntingdon, PA and Margaret "Maggie" Kemp (Bernie Rosen) of Lempster, NH; his grandchildren, Ryan (Molly), Hannah, Merinda, Jonathan, Phillip Rosen, Erin Rosen, Tara and Kasey; his great grandchildren, Tailynn and Raylee; and his siblings, Peter Kemp and Carol Nill. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews. Friends.
