He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mack and Mercedes Mack (Bennett); his wife Gwendolyn Mack; and his son Dwane L. Mack, II (Jesi Jefferson). He is survived by: his significant other Toni Vining; his children, Danyale Victor (Dontae), Tonyell Mack and Tiaira Jamison; and his grandchildren, Niya Wallace, Chantel Warren, Darian Davis, Anyia St. Julien, Daniel Vining and Tam Sayles (Greg). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
