He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chapman and Josephine Chapman (Kumanchik). He is survived by: his wife Linda Chapman (Lerro); his stepsons, Jarrett Colosimo (Melanie) of Jefferson Hills and Tony Colosimo (Sherry) of Arvada, CO; his son Shawn Chapman (Jaclyn) of Port Vue; his grandchildren, Christian, Ava, Makayla and Sterling; his siblings, Danny Chapman (Debbie) of Bellevue, Judith Griggle of Leetsdale and Cathy Reed of South Hills; and his sister-in-law Jodi Lerro of Elizabeth. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
