He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward H. Jackowski and Doris Jackowski (Rugg); and his siblings, Kimberly Sue Jackowski, Edward Eugene Jackowski and Michael George Jackowski.
He is survived by: his brothers, William Thomas Jackowski, Randy Neil Jackowski, Ronald Jackowski of McKeesport and Robert John Jackowski of Glassport.
