He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kolodziej and Victoria Kolodziej (Martinec); and his siblings, Eugene Kolodziej, Wanda Wedge and Emil Kryzan.
He is survived by: his wife Therese Kolodziej (Zawilla); his daughters, Daneen Carrington (late Mark) of Peters Twp and Deborah Stotler (Ronald) of Verona; his grandchildren, Evan, Auriana, Breylen Carrington, Justin, Shaila and Dylan Stotler; his stepgrandchildren, Ron, Dan and Jen Stotler; his great grandchildren, Mila, Kaylee and Kenzie Stotler; his sisters, Angie Piesik (Al) of White Oak and Jean Sodora of White Oak; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Kolodziej, Sylvia Burak and Rosalie Getsy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
