She is survived by: her children, Jayelle Kubinsky (Heather), Devon Kubinsky (Erin Barnette) and Jade Kubinsky (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Robert, Jeremy, Rockwell, Weston, Amelia and Winsome Kubinsky; her great grandchild Hazel Kubinsky; her sister Lori Wernke (Fritz); her nieces, Jennifer Whetsell (Matt), Carlee Wernke Stiffey (Eric) and Hannah Wernke; her great-nephew Hayden Stiffey; and her former husband John Kubinsky (Mildred Kubinsky).
