We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2023, at the age of 83, Carolyn J. Halas of McKeesport, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gabor Orris and Ella Szegedy Orris; and her husband Frank Joseph Halas. She is survived by: her daughter Carriella Halas of McKeesport; her siblings, Frank Orris (Kathy) of Florida and Gloria Jordanhazy (Ed) of New Castle; and her goddaughters, Diane Weber and Emily Sherman (Jared). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family suggests contributions to the Free Hungarian Reformed Church of McKeesport.
