With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jean Lewis of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, born in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 18, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Popovich and Gladys Popovich; her son Christopher Lewis; her sister Lavearn Kun; and her pets, Sassy and Moe.
She is survived by: her sons, David Lewis of Versailles Boro, Thomas Lewis of Ohio, Patrick Lewis (Denise) of Monroeville and Kenneth Lewis (Becky) of New Brighton; her brother Charles Popovich of Irwin; her grandchildren, Anthony David of Glassport, Tina Hopper of McKeesport, Ellen Lewis of Virginia, Ava Lewis of Port Vue, Holly Keene of New York, Amber Keene of Pitcairn, Autumn Lewis, Mariah Lewis of Beaver Falls, Alex Lewis of New Brighton and David Thomas Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Savia Kawalski, Rylee Anderson, Ella, Haven and Ryleigh Logsdow.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to defray costs.
