He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Guzik and Anna Guzik (Bielawski); his wife Gertrude M. "Trudi" Guzik; and his sister Marcella Tomkowitz (late Joseph). He is survived by: his children, Carolyn M. Guzik of Elizabeth Twp and Mitchell A. Guzik (Malissa) of Elizabeth Twp; his grandsons, Michael Guzik (Kristie) of Springdale, Alexander Guzik (Stephanie Hurley) of Elizabeth Twp and Tyler Guzik (Lindsey Taylor) of Elizabeth Twp; his children, Lola, Brutus and Sadie; and his brother-in-law John "Jake" Pulnar of Fayetteville, PA..
