He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Arthur H. Hartman and Henrietta Hartman (Michael); his wife Norma Jean Hartman (Berg); and his brother Walter Hartman. He is survived by: his children, Linda S. Pearce (Richard) of Mount Vernon and Arthur J. Hartman (Theresa) of Port Vue; his sister Christine Hamilton of White Oak; his grandchildren, Paige Pearce, Rex Pearce, Shelley Ricci (Dominic) and Timothy Hartman (Rebecca Shunk); and his great grandchildren, Emily, Eric and Victoria. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
