He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Mary Berta Racko and Andrew Racko, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn H. Hall Racko of McKeesport; his children, Tanya Racko (Brian Weiner) of Bellevue and Patrick Racko (Myria) of Hope Mills, NC; his sister Susan Anne Racko of Dravosburg; his grandchildren, Ariana Berger, Amanda O'Donnell and Aliyah Zavetsky; and his great grandchildren, Ronan O'Donnell and Dylan O'Donnell.
