It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas H. Rice Jr. of McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 21, 2021, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Cheryl Branscum. He is survived by: his parents, Frances Taylor and Thomas H. Rice Sr.; his child Bryanna Lynn; his sisters, Melissa Rice and Samantha Rice; and his close friend Amy Burns. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
