She is survived by: her husband Robert Adamchik, Sr.; her children, Carrie (Jonathan Pollard), Bobbi Adamchik, Robert (Anastasia Adamchik) and Shawn Adamchik; her grandchildren, Christopher Thompson, Jr., Austin, Jessica Thompson, Nathan Thompson and Ashleyn Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Bellamy and Callan Thompson. She is also survived by 6 siblings, nieces, nephews and many friends.
