We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2025, at the age of 84, Shirley A. Simpson of McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Lisa; her grandson Anthony; her parents, Marie Dawson Kniess and Samuel Kniess; and her siblings, Arthur, James Kniess and Nancy Victor.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Simpson (Jackie), Vicki Simpson and George Simpson, Jr. (Acme); her grandchildren, Dino DeAngelis, Jr. (Toni), Darren DeAngelis (Marissa), Craig Simpson, Alexandra Simpson, Sean Simpson, Zachary Trusnovic, Madison Zarzeczny (Matthew), Blake Simpson, Declan Simpson and Arden Simpson; her great grandchildren, Francesca, Aubrey DeAngelis and Dino V. DeAngelis; and her sister Sandra Krause.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Anthony M. Musmanno Funeral Home (941 McCoy Rd, McKees Rocks, PA 15136). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Musmanno Chapel (941 McCoy Rd, McKees Rocks, PA 15136). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mount Calvary Cemetery (1715 Middletown Rd, McKees Rocks, PA 15136).
