He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Mantle of McKees Rocks, PA and Harold Mantle; and his sisters, Germaine Young, Roma Tully and Neri Kerr.

He is survived by: his wife Philomena Mantle (Lise); his sons, Ken Mantle (Cheryl) and Neil Mantle (Teresa); and his grandchildren, Ken Mantle Jr. (Sarah), Mike Mantle (Sasha), Rachel Mantle, Jason Mantle (Katie Ann) and Jesse Mantle (Stephanie). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
