We bid farewell to Roger Hufnagel of McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 14, 2025 at the age of 71. Roger touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Roger may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his brother Louis; and his parents, Louis Hufnagel, and Dolly Hufnagel, Sr. (Kriger). He is survived by: his wife Loretta Marie Hufnagel (Sarver); and his siblings, Sharlene Petanowick (late Bernie) of Kennedy Township and John "Jack" Hufnagel (Carol) of Kennedy Township. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and one great-niece.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McDermott Funeral Home (334 Forest Grove Rd, Coraopolis, PA 15108). A prayer will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Malachy Church (343 Forest Grove Rd, Coraopolis, PA 15108).
