He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Hornack (Petruna) and John Hornack; his wife Marlene; and his brother-in-law Paul "Pow" Galinowski. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Joanne Galinowski; his sons, Mark Hornack (Stacey) and Brian Hornack (Lori); his grandchildren, Chloe Hornack, Marli Hornack, Shanna Santos, Shaye Gaetano and Shawnee Gaetano; and his great grandchildren, Aubree Wilkins and Aria Reese.
