She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfoster Blair and Jaqueline Blair; and her husband Carl Spencer. She is survived by: her children, Arthur Ray Sellers Jr. (Annette) and Shaneek Sellers (Deezy); her nieces, Chantel and Mar'Lynn Blair; her brother Nathan Richardson; her grandchildren, Lamonta Harden, Shaquwan Sellers, Ja'Naya Sellers, D'avery, Davonte'Williams, Damiah Starr, Diaz White and Juwan Mcintosh Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Averi Williams, Cahlani, Caison Williams and Zy'aire Williams.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Szal Funeral Home, Inc. (238 Helen St, McKees Rocks, PA 15136). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Second Baptist Church (204 Locust St, McKees Rocks, PA 15136).
