He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward W. Smith and Donis L. Smith (Wolbert). He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Smith (Keremes); and his siblings, Keith Smith (Tracy) and Cindy Woods (Doug). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
