She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas; her children, Thomas Kurtz and Lisa Kurtz; and her siblings, Edward Wurms, Joan Pifer and Charlotte Stubenraugh.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Kurtz, Kathy Herrick (late Roger), Debbie Rubino (Joe), Cheryl McFarland (Joe) and Brian Kurtz (Maria); her grandchildren, Monica, Jason, Kristin, Mike, Brian, Joey and Georgina; her great grandchildren, Dakota, Breana, Luke, Benjamin and Niko; and her sister Darleen Pestok. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
