He was predeceased by: his parents, Imrich and Anastasia; and his siblings, Albina Pochbya (Paul), Gertrude Small (Leonard), Anna Ruda (Mike), Mary Lesko (John), Irene Capp (Mike), William Lisiak (Millie), Eleanor Murgia (Tony), Lillian Dutkowski (Steve) and Stephen Lisiak.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lisiak (Gerger); his sister-in-law Lillian Pelkington; and his cousin Dolly Cayko. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be donated to Archangel Gabrial Parish / St. Malachy Church.
