She was predeceased by: her husband John Zaharko; her son Richard J. Zaharko; and her grandson Kevin R. Zaharko. She is survived by: her children, Jay Zaharko (Christine), Ray Zaharko (Linda) and Martha Hursen (Thomas); her daughter-in-law Judi Zaharko; and her grandchildren, Sandi (Mark), Lisa (Mark), Christy, Michael, Elizabeth (Robert), Rachel (Christopher), Emily, Samuel, Margaret (Ryan), Mary, Lucille (Kevin), Ruth, Timothy and David. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Devlin Funeral Home (806 Perry Hwy, Pittsburgh, PA 15229). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish (800 Avila Ct, Pittsburgh, PA 15237).
