She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband George J. Evans, Sr.; her children, Nancy L. Zeh, George Evans, Jr. (Jackie), Ron and Janet Evans; her grandchildren, Gina, Jennifer, Paul, Timothy, Tracy, Guinevere, Matthew and Joshua; and her sister Catherine Gloor.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to a Veterans Organization of donor's choice.
