He was predeceased by: his parents, Champ Hudson and Hazel; his siblings, Greg Hudson, Leon Hudson and Carmella Hudson; and his wife Josephine Hudson.

He is survived by: his children, Tamacia Faye (Paul Sr.) and Saundja Hudson (Darnel Boyer); his grandchildren, Raven (Tahj Ford), Alec (Taylor Douglas), Darnel [Lil'D], Tyler, Frankie, Cameron, Corey and Madisen; and his great grandchildren, Gabrielle, Ava, Mikael, Sebastian and Julian. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
