He was predeceased by: his mother Manuella McCormick (Mandy). He is survived by: his siblings, Colleen Cody (Cricket), Len McCormick Jr. (Gator), Hannah, Ricky Wright, Carol Anderson and Lisa Lestelle; and his father Len H McCormick (Gretchen Koontz).
