He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Burkhart and Janet Burkhart (Wilson). He is survived by: his significant other Melanie Gajdzik; his son Xavier Cannon; his aunts, Doreen Mixter and Joyce Surdyk; his uncle Dave Burkhart; his close friends, Rob Simconis and Justin "Clap" Clapperton; and his pets, Hurricane and Bobby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
