With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn A. Tankosh of McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 5, 2024 at the age of 87. Though Carolyn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carolyn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J. Tankosh; and her mother Anna Grace Perrier (Weilersbacher). She is survived by: her children, Carrie Todd (Joe) and John Tankosh (Kristen); and her grandchildren, Megan Rombold (Taylor), Mallory Riffle (Brandon) and Rob Mansueti (Liz). She is also survived by her 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McDermott Funeral Home (334 Forest Grove Rd, Coraopolis, PA 15108). A prayer was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 9:45 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Archangel Gabriel Parish (5718 Steubenville Pike, McKees Rocks, PA 15136).
