She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Colbert and Grace Colbert (Welch); her siblings, Billie Lee Colbert and Francis "Chip" Colbert III; her brother-in-law James Scouten; and her nephew Adam Scouten.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Pennesi (Jeff), Erin Hochendoner (Robert) and Joseph Costello (Deborah); her grandchildren, Chelsea Grace Williams, Lindsay Marie Hochendoner, Cassidy Marie Moore (Matthew), Tori Jean Hochendoner and Joseph Riley Costello; her great grandchild Moore; her sisters, Beverly Edwards (Melvin), Corinne Scouten, Penny Kinney (Joseph) and Trudy Robbins; her pet Daisy Mae; and also William Stilley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
