He is survived by: his sisters, Debra Lewis, Diana Farley (Charles) and Nancy Lewis; his nieces and nephews, Jeff Farley (Jennifer), Lynette Zielinski (Mark), Jodi Perez (Harby), Jami Farley, Jennifer Mayo, Brandi Salvatore, Kimberly Veith and Derek Veith; his friends, Tim Dylan, Hunter Harrison, Austin Ferrick and Cullen Howard; and his pet Henry.
