He was predeceased by: his siblings, Shirley Hilinski and Patrick Irwin. He is survived by: his friend Art Tubbs; his wife Dorothy "Dorey" Carter Irwin; his daughters, Tammy Jackson of Lake City and Tina Irwin of Erie; his grandsons, Terry Jackson (Suzy) of Lake City and Brandon Foye of Girard; his great grandchildren, Sydney and Bella Jackson of Lake City; and his siblings, Mike Irwin of New Port Ritchey, FL., Sandy Klaus of St. Petersburg, FL. and Judie Lawson of Van Wert, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
God Bless the Erie V. A. and my church family. Due to Covid 19 regulations, private services were held by Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main St. East, Girard.
