It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Flak of McKean, Pennsylvania, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cyparski and Mary Cyparski; and her husband Kenneth J. Flak. She is survived by: her children, Darlene Dennis (Brian) of McKean, Kenneth Flak (Desiree Williams) of Edinboro and Michael Flak (Diane) of McKean; her sister Helen Dombkowski (Ronald) of Erie; her grandchildren, Kristina Galat (Mason), Brandon, Benjamin, Abigail and Jessica Flak; and her great grandchild Hudson.
All CDC guidelines requiring face masks and social distancing will be in place.
